Extremely Poor Access to Public Health Services I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Midland Health Services warrants public attention. I attempted to schedule services using the phone system and followed the instructions to press β€œ3” as directed. Instead of reaching anyone, the system played a message stating I would be disconnected β€” and then disconnected me. No option to speak with a representative. No way forward. I then attempted to use the online patient portal to request services. The website blocks progress by demanding a PIN that is nowhere provided on the site. There is no explanation of how to obtain it, no recovery option, and no visible support path. I am including a screenshot showing exactly where the system fails. This is a public health department funded by taxpayers, yet basic access to care and communication is effectively nonexistent. The department may be efficient at collecting public dollars, but it is clearly not operating with the same urgency when it comes to providing the services those dollars are meant to support. For an organization tasked with protecting community health, this level of dysfunction is unacceptable. The City of

Came for a vaccine for my daughter && we were actually in and out within 35minutes . That’s including filing out the paperwork and waiting time . I would recommend to someone . Great customer service and care provided.

I'll be honest. I first came to read the reviews before making an appointment. If you are like me, all you saw were negative remarks. Needless to say, I was concerned and considered going elsewhere. I didn't and proceeded to call. I give the staff 5 stars! From making the appointment to being assisted by the ladies at the front desk to the nursing staff during my daughter's appointment, they were so kind, helpful, and friendly! I have no complaints! They treated us well!

My experience was very similar to everyone else's. I scheduled an appointment here for my son, the school had this place listed as a recommendation for shots. I figured since they deal with shots it would be quicker than going to our regular doctor. When we showed up for the appointment, the ladies at the front desk were so rude. They don't acknowledge you and are very short and clipped when they talk to you. I swear they speak to you like you are an inconvenience to them. I work in customer service and I would never speak to my customers that way. The nurse that administered the shots was very nice. I have nothing bad to say about her. This review is based on the front staff and how they treat people. I had never been there before and I will not be going back.
